FF55 series coating powders are thermosetting epoxy-polyester powders for interior applications. They have good resistance to weak solvents and cleaning agents. The products are baked at low temperatures and produce glossy, decorative coatings. They can be used for heat-sensitive substrates such as wood, plastics and constructions with heat-sensitive elements. These products also offer advantages for coating metal substrates thanks to their lower energy requirements, lower investment costs, shorter curing times and higher system speed. FF22 series coating powders are thermosetting epoxy-polyester powders in matt and semi-matt quality for interior applications. Series FF22 powders can be cured at temperatures between 160°C and 200°C without affecting the gloss. The coatings baked for 13 minutes at 160°C have a gloss value of 25 ±5 (60° measuring geometry). Energy and time can be saved with these powders.
