IBA Kimya is a successful medium-sized family business in it's second generation, which was founded in 1977 by the Dal family in Ankara. IBA Kimya develops and produces high-quality powder coating systems and has steadily increased it's market share over the last few years. Today, they produce 30,000 tons of powder coatings per year at three production facilities in Turkey and Slovakia. 

The group includes IBA Valresa, which was founded in 2005 and is involved in the production of furniture coatings, industrial coatings and thinners. IBAegitim is a private school for more than 1,000 children and young people. The group's total turnover in 2023 amounted to over EUR 170 million with 889 employees. Its products are exported to 22 countries.

In the area of powder coatings, IBA Kimya works in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, thus ensuring continuous improvement of all processes - from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of products to the customer. In addition, management systems according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 have been implemented. ISO 14001 ensures that the company's commitment to the environment is checked and documented in particular detail.
