Thin-film powders (T) use up to 55% less material and ultra-thin-film powders (U) up to 70% less material than conventional coating powders. The coating powders are specially designed for coating household appliances and offer considerable cost savings. Thin film coating powders have excellent flow and are designed for applications with much thinner film thicknesses than those normally encountered in powder coating. They have excellent flow properties, outstanding gloss and good adhesion, combined with excellent overall performance characteristics. The products are easy to apply.
